Customization Procedure

A streamlined, transparent mold tooling and engineering workflow designed to bring your product vision to life, ensuring precision at every stage.

  1. 01

    Phase 1: 3D Design Checking or Creating the 3D design based on 2D file

    Normally buyer offer the 3D design file (.stp/.step) to us, we will check the design. If there is no 3D design, only design concept or 2D drawing, our designer team could create the 3D design, it only cost $300 to $500 normally. The whole design details would pass the tests, such as F963, CPC etc.

    Phase 2: Engineering DFM & Design Evaluation

    Within 24-48 hours of document intake, our engineering team executes a comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis. We simulate material flow, optimize parting lines, and position gates to eliminate visible flash and cosmetic defects on your silicone parts

  3. 03

    Phase 3: Sample Mold Process

    After design confirm, better to create the sample mold for checking the structure, function, materials, tests etc. Sample mold costs about $300 to $1000 based on different products, it could help on checking before creating the bulk mold. Besides, if not satisfied with the exist design, you could modify the design again to make sure a good product.

    Phase 4: Bulk Mold Ultra-Precision Tooling & CNC Machining

    Utilizing hardened mold steel (S136, or P20 based on volume expectations), our CNC and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) centers carve the tool cores. This phase guarantees the micro-precision tolerances required for complex beauty tools and watertight outdoor gear.

  5. 05

    Phase 5: T1 Prototyping & Parameter Tuning

    We run the initial trial (T1) on our injection or compression molding machines. These first physical samples are meticulously measured against your 2D blueprints using advanced optical measuring systems to calibrate shrink rates and material curing parameters.

  6. 06

    Phase 6: Pre-production Sample Sign-Off & SIP QC Validation and Bulk Production

    The finalized prototype undergoes full Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP). Upon your physical or digital sign-off of the "Pre-production Sample," the tooling is locked, qualified, and prepared for high-velocity mass production or secure export.
